All orders over $150.00 are shipped free via Registered International Express Mexpost shipping service. All orders under $150 will pay a $10.00 shipping fee. Due to increased regulations on interntional shipments entering the United States, shipping time is approximately 4 weeks.
Shipping via DHL is available on request for an additional $40.00 per order. Please email us before placing your order to arrange this service.
We do not charge sales tax for orders outside of Mexico.
Refund and Return Policies:
If, for any reason, you are not satisified with your purchase we gladly accept returns for exchange, provided that the merchandise is in its original, new condition and has all orginal sales tickets attached and a copy of the sales receipt is included with the return.
An item may be exchanged for a different size or color, provided it is in stock. Or an item may be returned for a full store credit, less any shipping charges.
Any store credit will be issued upon receipt of the original item at our store in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise.
